Resident Directors

Michael and Mildred Gordon (pictured with their son Aijalon) joined A Better Chance of Wilton as Resident Directors of the Girls’ House in August 2023. Michael and Mildred enjoy working with young people and are active members in the church. Some favorite activities are cookouts with family, traveling, playing board games, going to the movies and spending time together. It’s all about Team US – Unidos Siempre! (Always United). We believe that with an open mind and honest communication, we can accomplish anything and overcome any obstacles.
